The trial period as expired faster than I realised.
The moment i saw the amount taken out of my account, I went to unsubscribe.
Thought I managed for a second and deleted the app.
But now I am seeing that my only option are to renew for 2022, I can’t even reduce it to monthly. And there’s nowhere to complain or ask for a cancellation : iCloud subscriptions, company’s website…
Never seen that before. And for close to a 100€. Not ok.

… und der taugt kaum was. Noch nicht mal um ein gutes Gefühl zu bekommen, die Investition eine Abo‘s zu tätigen.
Ganz ehrlich, ich habe das Gefühl, da schreibt jeder seine eigene Geschichte, verrichtet irgendein Werk, dem man sich aus womöglich aus den Finger gesogen klingt, und diese Platform vertreib es dann für dies Möchte-Gern-Autoren.
Ich bin raus, denn es mehr Schein als Sein, zu viel Show und Von daher bin ich raus!

Man wird nicht daran erinnert per Mail oder sonstiges dass die Probewoche abläuft und jetzt wurden mir 110€ abgezogen... schweinerei!!

Imprint verlängert automatisch auf ein Jahresabo. Das Löschen Imprint während der kostenlosen Probezeit genügt offensichtlich nicht als Kündigung. Absolut ärgerlich! Und vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis macht die Kündigung in jedem Fall Sinn.

Wann wird mit einer kostenlosen Probewoche gelockt, aus der es danach keine Möglichkeit gibt, wieder auszusteigen, obwohl zuvor einem innerhalb dieser WocheEine Kündigungsmöglichkeit zugesichert wurde! Teurer Spaß!

The App is great. I really fell in love with it. However, it has serious issues. Pretty often it deletes my progress, deletes my saved cards, the daily quiz stopped somehow and doesn’t come back. So these are quite serious and bad issues and kill my motivation to play. If you want to keep me as a customer, this must be fixed immediately.

Ich habe die Probewoche gemacht und bin an sich sehr überzeugt, kurz und ansehnlich zusammengefasste Bücher a la blinkist nur mit visuellen Inhalten. Dennoch ist der Preis nicht gerechtfertigt, vor allem wenn man es mit seinen Konkurrenten vergleicht.
Das Ziel sollte sein langfristig Leser zu binden mit einem günstigen Preis um die 7 bis 10 Euro.
Vor allem bei einer Zielgruppe die sich mit Finanzen und Selbstentwicklung auseinandersetzt wird das Imprint nur langfristig schaden.

I have downloaded, launched and configured the app. And then when I wanted to get started, the subscriber notice comes up. Why not at the very beginning? I deleted the app again because I generally don't subscribe. I want to buy an app and then use it, not pay for it if I don't use it for a long time. Too bad.

Ich finde das Konzept so krass und bin Extrems begeistert. Ich würde so gerne viel mehr Zeit reininvestieren und lernen aber der Preis ist einfach viel zu hoch. Natürlich verstehe ich, dass man vielleicht teilweise viel Geld reininvestiert hat. Aber wenn man die breite Masse anvisieren und für sich haben will muss man es einfach kostenlos oder mindestens viel günstiger machen. Man kann trotzdem irgendwie sein Geld damit machen durch Werbung etc aber es ist einfach viel zu teuer.

Spannendes Konzept, nett neues über so bekömmliche Häppchen zu lernen. Sehr motivierend. Den Preis empfinde ich aber als zu hoch, für die überschaubare Anzahl an lessions. Ein dark Mode würde Imprint gut tun und die abendliche Benutzung verbessern.

Sehr schön und gut aufbereitete Inhalte und gute Auswahl an Büchern. Leider etwas unpraktisch auf dem iPad, da ich (wie statistisch gesehen die meisten iPad-Nutzer) den Landscape-Modus bevorzuge. Bitte nachbessern, dann sind die fünf Sterne gewiss.
