The Sculpt Society Erfahrungen und Bewertung

I’ve been using TSS since the summer and it’s the first workout that I’ve actually stuck with consistently, and even get excited to do!! Megan, and all of the trainers, are so motivating and have such a manageable approach to working out and their classes that it feels obtainable to actually keep showing up and getting stronger! Also there’s such a great mix of lengths of classes that you can easily fit in a quick class if you don’t have much time or a longer class if you have the time. I also like that it’s low impact. If you are like me and developed knee and back issues from doing sports when you were younger, there are so many options for classes on TSS that don’t bother either my knees or back.

So fun and effective. And the best thing: you won’t get bored as there’s always something new to learn. Also, I love to be able to chose from a variety of different work outs (dances/choreographies, no cardio, sculpting with and without cardio) and work out lengths (from 7 min quickies to 50 min full body) that can be done anywhere - hence there is always a way to incorporate a workout session even when I’m super busy or traveling. Meghan, Matt, Katie and all trainers are super likable and motivating, making working out fun and approachable for everyone on all levels - from beginner to fully advanced.

…and I still LOVE it! The workouts are effective and also FUN for me, which makes all the difference. Megan has just such a sweet and motivating personality, making everyone in her „Sculpt Society Fam“ actually feel seen and almost like a real friend to her.

Great innovate, intelligent and demanding movements, there are fun, never boring and always make you sweat and get your energy levels up. Megan Roup is a good and precise teacher. She is giving very good and precise instructions.

I found the sculpt society right in time before lockdown and it changed the way I workout. I quit the gym. This is now my go to!

I am truly loving the app! The ten weeks programme is great for those who like structure and are new to fitness. It is challenging and doable at the same time.
