Who would’ve thought that a software that isn’t technically a game could be made so interesting and fun to learn about, which is enhanced even more by the super cool and modern design. Love the points and badges system as well, keeps you hooked and coming back for more

I really enjoy using the app on my way to work and it helped me a lot improving my skillset. But it has some minor flaws which - once fixed - would give the app a 5 star rating.
The search function does not work at all. It does not matter what i search for, i find nothing.
My favorites from the desktop are not displayed.
I find it hard to find interesting modules for me because the sorting is alwqys the same and filtering does not work properly.

...app forces you to open browser and directs you to webpage where all instructions are identically given. Then you have to login to your Salesforce playground (in separate browser window) and perform tasks, then switch back to first browser window to collect points. App is doing nothing and is not useful for anything, obviously...

...instructions in trails are wrong: eg. Create new Lead and Convert Lead. These buttons/ choices are not available in exercise environment.

... Feedback function within app does not work. It is impossible to send the feedback, because send button is not active.

I am very excited about how easy it is to learn, just if the learning method and platform has a goid structure and content. It is perfect that now I can do this easily in the new app.

When using the app on an iOS/iPadOS device with German localization, contents of Trails which are not translated (to German) are not shown at all. A blank page with only questions is shown instead. No option to change the default to always show English contents or at least fall back to English in case of missing localization.
