Fix yourself: please

During voting times, the app crashes all the time. I can not receive any Soba tickets even when I am seeing adverts or do the missions correctly. Under this conditions, voting really makes no fun and is kind of unfair.

Worst voting app ever. A lot of fandom kept staying on the app for it to crash for a certain fandom and it’s so sad tbh. Fix your app and controll it better❤️ Jealousy and insecurity really showed in those 19 fandoms

the app crashes all the time, it’s always very glitchy and takes ages to load but during voting time, it’s unbearable. Nothing works. They also don’t give you the SST you SHOULD earn when watching ads. This is not only a problem for me but for 90% of people I know.

I couldn’t sign in with my facebook account! every time i clicked on the facebook symbol nothing happened :(
I finally signed in but i wasn’t able to vote- I had to buy tokens, watch ads or try out apps!? I’m so confused and kinda sad that i can’t vote without doing weird stuff to gain tokens! There are interesting votings anyways.

War gut bis zum letzten Update, die Sprache wechselt durchgehend zwischen Koreanisch und Englisch. Und warum auch immer werden meine Silver Token nicht mehr genau angezeigt
