Can‘t say much more about the app as I don‘t get over the 12 words generation screen because on iPhone SE‘s display the Next button is not accessible.
Like the whole helium network with its inconsistency the app is the exact same mess. 1 week ago 1,4 hnt now 0,17 without any changes in my surroundings. Helium the developers network
Unfortunately it’s not possible to transfer a hotspot to a new owner via the helium app as it should be and there is no support.
Wie in den anderen Bewertungen schon erwähnt wurde, ist HeliumHotspot fehlerhaft was die User zum verzweifeln bringt. Man weiß nicht ob die Router fehlerhaft sind oder HeliumHotspot, auf nem anderen Telefon zeigt HeliumHotspot komplett was anderes an…WTF?!

HeliumHotspot muss unbedingt erneut werden und am besten von Profis. Es gibt viele kleine bugs. Seit gestern werden meine miner nicht angezeigt. HeliumHotspot stürzt ständig ab. HeliumHotspot zeigt andere Infos an als über Browser. Es ist eine reine Chaos …..
Die transfer Funktion geht gar nicht. Alles versucht , App beim letzten Stand bei den beiden - geht nix.
Nach dem drücken „Send transfer request “ passiert gar nichts.
Langsame App und es dauert ewig bis Aufträge bearbeitet werden…. Zudem wurde ich für eine Dienstleistung 3 mal abgerechnet !!!
Unabhängig davon finde ich dass ein paar mehr Sprachen für den einen oder anderen nützlich sein könnte.
Jeder zweite touch hängt. Die schlechteste App auf meinem Gerät. Es macht nicht das, wofür es programmiert wurde (wenn man DAS überhaupt programmieren nennen darf).
Synchronisiert nicht richtig. Hängt sich ständig auf. Funktioniert einfach nicht richtig. Frustrierend.
Man kann so oft drücken wie man will… Es klappt nix!
Bad app
- Der Sync zu den Hotspots ist zu zeitverzögert! Es hat 24 StdGedauert bis HeliumHotspot erkannt hat dass mein Hotspot wieder online ist.
-In HeliumHotspot müsste man sehen können wie der Hotspot verbunden ist, via LAN oder WLAN.
-support Funktion klappt nicht.
-es müsste dargestellt werden, wie viel Prozent der Upload zum Blockchain vorangeschritten ist
-einige Punkte ergänze ich noch im Nachhinein. Hab gerade keine Zeit mehr :)
Habe das Problem, dass meine Wallet nicht aktualisiert wird. Ich kann keine Daten einsehen. Das liegt aber wahrscheinlich an der hohen Nutzlast( würde ich jetzt mal behaupten). Auch auf dem Explorer gibt es die ein oder andere Verzögerung, welche Verbessert werden müssen.
Please fix the issue with the map, I have added 11 hotspots but It’s just showing 3 my devices on the map, and the old spots of my miner? Also the same problem with other miners, and showing also empty spots but in the explorer are some spots in the area. In Fleet mode is the problem also.

When I try to update that information for a custom antenna the numbers keyboard for entry pops up and covers the update button. If I tap done on the numbers keyboard, the Action sheet with the update button disappears and no update can be send to the router. If you bring poc v11 to live then fix this bug before otherwise I have no chance to update the antenna gain and height information. I use a iPhone mini 12 with iOS 15. Thanks for caring and fixing this bug😀
