The SunTrust Business Online mobile app will make doing business more efficient with quick access to your financial information anytime and on the go. It is specifically engineered to provide easy and secure access to your accounts. You can make payments, transfers, mobile deposits, view account balances and transaction history, manage alerts, stop payments, and manage potential fraud. Read further for details and other important information. To get started, download and launch the app. Then sign on with your SunTrust Business Online User ID and Password. It’s that simple. ACCOUNT ACCESS • View your business account balances for Checking and Savings, Credit Cards, Installment Loans, Lines of Credit, and select SunTrust Investment Services. • View your linked personal account balances for Checking, Savings, Credit Cards, and Installment Loans, Lines of Credit, and select SunTrust Investment Services. • View summary information for CDs and IRAs • Search up to 540 days of your account transaction history TRANSACTIONS • Make mobile deposits (if eligible, limits apply) • View and pay your bills • Make immediate, future-dated, and recurring transfers and payments • Approve ACH payments and view ACH activity • Request Stop Payment on checks • Reverse potentially fraudulent activity CREDIT CARD • View credit card balances and transaction history ACCESS & AUTHENTICATION • Reset a forgotten password • Change password • Change security question and/or answer • Enable TouchID/FaceID Sign On ATM / BRANCH / CONTACT US • Search for ATMs using an address or your current location • Search for branches using an address or your current location • Get help and find SunTrust contact information SunTrust is committed to your security and protecting the privacy of your financial information.
