The SunTrust Business Online mobile app will make doing business more efficient with quick access to your financial information anytime and on the go. It is specifically engineered to provide easy and secure access to your accounts. You can make payments, transfers, mobile deposits, view account balances and transaction history, manage alerts, stop payments, and manage potential fraud. Read further for details and other important information. To get started, download and launch the app. Then sign on with your SunTrust Business Online User ID and Password. It’s that simple. After years with no true mobile banking option at SunTrust, we were excited about the possibility to finally get mobile deposits. However, after forcing a password change, this account notified us that we needed to go back to their useless OCM Business app. If you’ve been a SunTrust business customer for long, you are no doubt aware of how often they like to have you reset your password using only letters and numbers but don’t allow more secure passwords or 2-step authentication. This one did that but never actually let us in to the app. This is absurd. - 10+ year small business owner and SunTrust customer who, it appears, will be finally changing banks.

Suntrust - why?

This app hasn’t worked since the day I got it over a week ago. It DID make me change my password, but that’s all. Today, it tells me that there is an updated app in the App Store and to go download the new app. But then it just takes me to the personal banking app (which is the same, non-updated app). The business banking app is also the same. How can a bank this big be THIS BAD at mobile apps??
