I love this App! It helped me on my journey to improve my life.

I make better food choices, I can easily track what macros I put in my body and how many calories I have during the day and summed up.

You can choose between different nutrition plans, like get suggestions for what you could eat or put in what you eat and let the App count your daily macros (which I did). So I'm much more aware of what kind of food is good for me and which amount makes sense.

The other thing are the workouts, you can choose between different styles, like doing workouts at home or if you have access to a fitness studio. I did the home workouts which are usually between 15 and 30 minutes long (excluded warm-up and cool down of course).

My body feels healthier and stronger. I didn't start this for weight loss! Because I am at my goal weight. But I wanted to become stronger

and have more endurance, just feel fitter in general, because that was something I was struggling with.

I'm on my journey for just 5 weeks now, and I already feel so much better. I'm not tired so much, my sleep has improved, my strength has improved, my mood has improved, my endurance has improved, I have more self-confidence. I do follow the program quite strict, I mean it took me the first week to get on track and every week I make some steps and become better with food and the workouts and water in take etc. this truly is a learning process. But to me it feels very good, and I can only recommend it. And I think it doesn't matter from which point on you are about to start. You can improve if you put the work in.

If you have the premium version you have access to livestreams that are very informative on different topics around your transphormation. The people behind this App are really very nice and helpful! I highly recommend to try the Premium Version. At least if you are interested on to be guided and have great people helping you on your journey.
