Worst application for some one to use in abroad. Always pops an error message unable to process request. Please try later. Once in blue moon the app works other days it’s pathetic to keep trying..

Every other month, we are forced to update our app even if we don’t want to. It is unnecessary and should not be mandatory for everyone.

When I use this app abroad, most of the times, I will get error message. I dont know whether is there any problem

App stuck on start screen, enable to be forward.

A highly cluttered banking app. Which fails to do important transactions. Quite unreliable.

I have hard time opening this app, especially when I am aboard. This is really bad

Its the most pathetic app I have ever seen in my 20 yrs of banking. First it says that my MPIN is incorrect then when I am trying to set the new MPIN it say’s MPIN allready exists and cannot set the same MPIN. I mean what the hell, if the MPIN was allready there then how can it be incorrect in the first place.

Looks like the developers were drunk when they wrote the code for this app.

Also the app hangs during the transaction process making me repeat the entire process of money transfer.

I have a long list of problems but they will not be so worth not writing it here.

My suggestions to people is that stay away from the bank and its apps to avoid frustration in your life. If you want to be happy just avoid this bank and it’s app.
