Argent — Your Starknet Wallet Erfahrungen und Bewertung

Gute App, leider Scam. Horrende Gebühren, intransparent, ...

I really liked the app with its clean design and easy to use interface. However, more often than not I cannot rely on Argent to connect to Defi using wallet connect and make a quick swap. When I want to pre-confirm a swap the app switches screens like 4 times, I press pre-confirm then it loads up again the same screen as if I didn’t confirm anything.
Meanwhile a tx was sent to Ethereum. Because I can’t set my gas limit, it tends to either take long to confirm or be canceled.
At this point, the app looses connection with the online swap and I end up just paying gas over and over again trying to get a stupid swap done.
Running on latest iOS build with latest Argent app build.

Tried a lot of stuff to sleep in peace. Before argent, I had a ledger hardware wallet. But with traveling and having people come and go into my apartment it was one single point of failure. So I used recent low gas prices to set up my smart contract wallet, set my guardians, and now I finally feel very safe with my crypto. Can’t wait how this will be adopted on layer 2 🚀🚀🚀

Social backup and access to almost all of defi make this wallet my first choice, for crypto beginners as well as pros!

I like Argent and love the UI. I like that Argent splits up the tokens 50:50 for you, no need to buy both in order to buy an investment for LP. However, I am missing some features. Most of all an option to show me the (accrued) rewards from providing liquidity to LP. So I don’t have to connect to e.g. Uniswap all the time to check it. Besides that, very responsive to emails and overall a great product.

iPad versions of these crypto wallets man. There is nearly none that sets itself apart by this simple yet elemental feature (edge wallet has a landscape mode)...5 Stars when it is being added :)

The app is good but there is definitely a lot of room for improvement:
1) In the activities section I want to see the value that the coin had when I bought it. For example Activity: 03/01 bought 0.5 ETH worth 225$ per ETH etc
2) You should add the „1 year“ view for each coin
3) Buy and sell orders
4) Why can I not actualize when swiping down?

Argent gives me so much confidence and joy to use :))

Finally a wallet that my parents can use easily!

1000% higher transaction fees than other wallets

Warning: Will take $90 worth of ETH out of your wallet just to sign up.

Signing up cost me 0.0236 ETH about $80 which is unreasonable, on top each transaction I tried around $300 cost 80-120$ gas fee - so I wonder if higher transaction amounts are required to be in a reasonable gas vs. transaction ratio. I have found another wallet and here all does make much more sense. The gas fee ist around 1.5-4% of the $transaction value…

The use of all functions was free for a time, but in the last few months they creepily added fees to everything. They are also extraordinary and don’t make any sense. If I save up a few cents for putting money in Defi, to get it back I have to pay fees between 10-20€ without an option to adjust it! This is unacceptable. I don’t need to have the transfer done in 5 seconds for 20€, three days for 5 cents is much more reasonable. I now have locked up money in multiple Defis with no way to get it back without burning everything because of the fees.
