Mehrfacher Kontakt zum Kundenservice, jedoch war nichts zielführend und insgesamt sehr unpersönlich und desinteressiert in Bezug auf Klärung des Problems! Leider nutze ich ModelNow überhaupt nicht mehr, da viele Einstellungen nicht abgeändert werden und somit die Chance auf Jobs in der Umgebung nichtig werden. Ich bat um Erstattung, nachdem man mir keine Möglichkeit mehr zur Behebung des Problems vorschlug, jedoch wurde dies ignoriert! Knapp 90€ aus dem Fenster geworfen 👏
All the positive reviews can only be bought. It’s the most buggy app on my phone. The bugs include but are not limited to: messages don’t get delivered, messages don’t get sent (the typed text is lost, you have to type it again and hope this time it goes through), the list of models who applied to a casting differ between the app and the online browser version despite it being the same account (!), castings don’t show the pictures that were uploaded for reference, even major cities can’t be selected as locations because „the location wasn’t found“ or something like that, I’m a photographer but keep getting push notifications aimed at models, etc., etc. Seems to be a money machine and nobody cares about actually providing reasonable value. Shame there is no competition.
Horrible app! Received 56 (!!!) notifications in one go already for the second time. Doesn’t sound good. At the same time I don’t receive ANY notification for incoming messages, although all settings are ON. Navigation between screens could be better. Moving back to the browser version. Uninstalled.
Why do I have to go premium to apply in modeling jobs. One year ago I could apply to one job in one day- when I wanted to apply to a second modeling job it showed me the premium version. Now I can't apply to ANY job. 👎🏻 I will not use this app anymore.
ModelNow lädt zu langsam bis garnicht.. was das ganze sehr aufwendig macht und sehr schade ist
The features would be good if they worked properly. The app is very buggy. For example for the last 4 weeks the messaging part (like writing app internal messages) doesn’t work. This is one of the main features. Seems like nobody cares.
Good Idea and set up nicely, but you have to pay high prices so you can even apply for jobs or answer to the requests😂 Completely over priced...
The app is really easy to handle and I love the design. It works perfectly and without any problems. Really nice 🙏🏼
