Ich würde auf jedem von Spotahome abraten. Es wird mit einer schnellen Rückmeldung in 24h geworben. Dieser kam bei mir nicht. In Einzelfällen meldet sich diese App und entschuldige sich. Auch die Alternativevorschläge waren absolut daneben. Völlig überteuert.
Verfügbarkeit teils erst in 10 Jahren oder am bessten, Verfügbar ab 2100.

This app is a scam. The rooms/apartments are overpriced, there is no way you will get your money back. They say you have 24 hours to report the room or apartment, get your money back and they help to get an hotel room but it’s impossible because you can’t call them on the weekend. The accommodations don’t look like on the pictures.
I would like to use the app. However, it does not let me change the city once I looked at one city. Please change that!

I was planning to move to Lisbon and I booked a Studio apt through this app. The booking went smoothly and when I arrived the apartment was looking great, as on pictures. One week later I found myself with having water all over the apartment. I contacted both the landlord and diese App to assist me with this issue. It took 6 days for a plumber to come. Apparently there was a piece of plastic, part of the plumbing system of the shower. This plastic piece was supposed to prevent hair from blocking the shower, but instead of that it was preventing the water of properly going into the pipes. The apartment got very humid and I made both the landlord and Manuela ( the woman from customer service who is assisting me on this case) aware of that. During the week of the accident the landlord brought a humidifier and left it for me to install it. I did not do that because seemingly it had to be properly installed and the girlfriend of the landlord said she will come by to install it. That never happened.
The following week, someone tried to enter in the apartment. I instantly contacted the landlord asking if someone else has the key to the flat. I also contacted Manuela from the customer service team, providing both the landlord and Manuela with pictures of the forced door. The landlord said he would change the locker for “me to feel safe” while Manuela contacted the reservation team to assist me on my request on moving out of the flat. Katya (woman from reservation team) sent me some other apartments as an option, but none pet friendly or in my price range.She was actually nice and suggested she would talk to the landlords of potential apartments to ask if they would let a pet in.
All in all, since someone tried getting in my apartment on Wednesday and today being Monday, the door was not fixed and Manuela told me that she can’t do anything about the fact that I don’t feel safe, also that I should look on other websites for a flat. I suggested sending someone from diese App to see the apartment and conclude the damages, because in my opinion this is what a professional service would be. Later I received an E-mail from Manuela asking me to send her the dates I am moving out.

Grundsätzlich kann ich Spotahome keinem empfehlen der jenseits der 35 Jahre ist man bekommt KEIN Zimmer
Support Kontaktiert , diese App hat sich via WhatsApp gemeldet, aber Trotz mehrmaligem Schreiben nach einer Woche immernoch keine Antwort bekommen.

Ich kann die Plattform nicht empfehlen, sie verlangt verdammt viel Geld dafür, dass sie nur die Wohnungsdatenbank stellt. Bei Problemen mit dem Vermieter wird einem nicht geholfen.
Ich habe mit Spotahome ein Zimmer „reserviert“ obwohl ich nur eine Anfrage schicken wollte und ich musste nach der Zusage direkt bezahlen. Ich habe es dann storniert und habe nicht das ganze Geld zurück bekommen. Das Geld für das Zimmer wird zurückerstattet jedoch nicht das Geld für Spotahome, was ich komplett blöd finde weil es €140 sind.
Leider zahlt man eine hohe Servicegebühr, die trotz betrügerischer Angebote nicht gerechtfertigt ist, weil keine Unterstützung erfolgt.
Die betrügerische Wohnung darf zudem leicht verändert weiter auf der Plattform angeboten werden, und wird auch mit dem Merkmal “diese App geprüft” ausgezeichnet. Das ist also nichts wert!!
Leider keine Empfehlung, auch wenn das Konzept vielversprechend ist.
Habe mich schon mehrmals von den Werbemails abgemeldet und bekomme immer noch Täglich Spam Mails

After the booking confirmation, which came immediately, other costs suddenly appeared: fees, a security deposit, cleaning fees, etc. Not all of the security deposit would have been refunded either; in our case, 25% (€250) would have gone toward administrative costs, etc. We canceled immediately after a few minutes, but by then the money was already gone. They had debited everything! Ten days later, the landlord didn’t even know we had canceled—he only heard it from us, not from the portal itself. The money was gone right away. MINUS Sterne!!! Wir wurden abgezockt!! Die Kosten sind erst nach der Buchung ersichtlich, aber die Kontodaten werden vorher hinterlegt! Dann buchen sie alles direkt ab, obwohl wir nach 1 Minute wieder storniert haben! Der Vermieter wußte auch 10 Tage nach der Stornierung noch nichts von der Stornierung, er bekommt auch kein Geld von Spothome, das behalten sie selbst! Geld zurück buchen und Einspruch einlegen kostet Zeit, aber wir kämpfen und geben anderen die Information weiter. Andere Portale sind sehr übersichtlich und es gibt keine Extrakosten, manchmal auch keine Kaution. Andere nehmen auch keine Gebühren! Bei uns waren 300€ nur Gebühren, die es zu keinem Zeitpunkt wieder gibt!
