App did not work well. Also the device did not work. Not possible to activte the device. Meassurement is totaly wrong.

Got the band 5 days ago - could not activate it. Tried a lot of stuff, like changing the battery etc. tried to contact the support on different channels, no answer sofar.

It does what it should to do and I think there is lot of space for more detailed and AI informations with the collected data and the Apple health datas.
And can you please sync the bodyweight and other data’s from Apple health? I already use Fitbit scale and that is saved into my Apple health.
