monday.com - Projektmanagement Erfahrungen und Bewertung

Wer ein einfaches, intuitives Tool mit genialen Parametern zur Projekt- und/oder Mitarbeitersteuerung sucht und dem JIRA, OTRS o.ä. zu komplex und aufwendig sind, der ist hier genau richtig. Kann ich wirklich sehr empfehlen; geeignet für fast ausnahmslos jedes Unternehmen. Großes Lob, haben lange genau danach gesucht. Ein großer Mehrwert für mich als CEO und meine Mitarbeiter. Wurde auch sofort von Mitarbeitern aufgrund der super Usability und geringen Zeitaufwendungen angenommen, was ich von vielen Tools vorher nicht behaupten kann.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden. mondaycom ist genial und benutzerfreundlich. Schade, das ich erst jetzt drauf aufmerksam wurde

Ich arbeite nicht im Team, sondern habe dieses Tool nur für mich. Es ist grundsätzlich ganz gut, die synchro mit dem PC funktioniert. Auf dem PC hat man auch sehr schöne Ansichten, welche es auf dem Handy nicht gibt. Vielleicht kommt da noch was.

Ich nutzte die kostenlose Variante

mondaycom ist etwas schwierig zu Händeln, aber ansonsten sehr ansprechend aufgebaut. Ich war gehypt nach der Instagram-Werbung, aber es hat nicht komplettgehalten, was es versprach bzw. was ich mir erhofft hatte

Damit kann man sein Team wirklich gut managen!!!

App schmiert ständig ab.

Es scheint weiterhin keine Erfassung von extra Feldern zu geben, bspw für Zeiterfassung.

Monday docs funktionieren auf dem Handy nicht

Man wird permanent mit monday mails zugespamt...
Bei jedem neuen Eintrag einer Gruppe, etc. muss man jeden von monday vorgeschlagenen Gruppennamen einzeln löschen und ersetzen....

Die anfangs so hoch gepriesene Benutzeroberfläche entpuppt sich als einfach nur schlecht und unübersichtlich auf dem Smartphone !!!

Auf dem iPad kann ich mich nicht mal anmelden...

Nutze mondaycom bevorzugt auf meinem Ipad. In einem fast täglichen Rhythmus, friert mondaycom beim Starten in der Board-Übersicht (Startansicht) ein. Etliche Male musste ich mondaycom bereits neu installieren. Sehr ärgerlich!

Enormer Akkuverbrauch iPhone XS

Would love to use it for my personal goals as well but for that it’s too expensive. Using trello instead which does the job but it’s really bad compared to Monday. Thinking about a 1 person use for less money and maybe just basic functions? Would love to show it to some friends (cannot Do with my professional account).

For professional use, Monday is an awesome tool. Thanks a lot. ❤️

We travel - a lot. When we do, we work on our iPads. Not possible with this app, and interestingly you cannot use the web version on iPad either - you get told to download the app.
An example from this morning: overnight we got some new registrations for our newsletter. Great. Go into the app, break out the first and last names, go to add the email address and it is not possible to update. Without it they cannot get the automatic welcome response and we are all traveling for the next seven days on iPad pros only. We will have to borrow a PC to add that information. Crazy and makes it all useless.
Oh, and cannot view at all files attached from DropBox, which also makes viewing and dealing with the new job applications impossible.

Sometimes mobile apps feel like a huge downgrade from your usual desktop environment. This one does its job perfectly: great visuals and still user friendly on mobile devices.

Hey! Me and my team really love monday‘s webapp - it has truely changed the way we work. However, the mobile app appears to be less thoroughly designed and less thought-through (Can you say that in English?). It’s still ok, but I‘d love to see a more mobile-app-specific twist in it. For example I don’t think you need to have all the desktop- functions on mobile, but rather strip it down to quickly adding pulses in some kind of inbox and checking today’s tasks. Well, I believe you’re working hard to make me happy in the future :) hugs from berlin! Mo

Super seamless for multiple projects as a freelancer with an artist studio balancing various works suppliers and admin expectations. Even great to also balance personal calendar that constantly overlaps with work.

Love this simple design which gives a great over all view. We use Monday for our team (4 people) and see, what we want to see. Thanks for the app and the support you deliver, if there are any questions.

Hi there, I am visual thinker and planner - this app just fullfils my dreams. My boss wants status and reportings weekly but is oldschool. With the adaptable progress „bricks“, colours etc we can collaborate very efficient and transparent. The customer support is outstanding. Honestly - these monday.com guys pimped up basically my whole job and my visibility within the organisation.

I Love monday.com But cannot unterstand Whytes it is so difficult To make an equally Nice Experience on App.
