I was looking forward to this possibility for a long time. When i try to close my extra accounts it says is not possible, try again later. Whats the point of announcing a feature that doesn’t work yet.

De la ultimul update nu mai pot accesa aplicatia. Cand deschid Smart Mobile imi apare automat un ecran care imi cere sa ma autentific in Smart Token. Cand deschid Smart Token primesc tot timpul acelasi cod .2021 care nu se potriveste cu formatul Smart Token (6 caractere alfanumerice)

unfortunatelly a very unsensitive change was done in romania by changing to new app w/o warning the customer. absolutelly unprofessional way was chisen from raiffeisen to do that. all bancs globally changed to new methods but (and here is the key to professionalism) giving period of time for customers to adapt to new versions. at the moment i dont have access to my account, to my money because of the simple issue that i need to get a sms for token activation, but because i changed my phone meanwhile, i need to go to an embassy 200km far away, make a empowerment for somebody in RO who need to translate it first, then run to next branch amd change phone number. only then i will receive abroad the sms with the activation code. come on raiffeisen Romania, this is really breath taking what you want from your reliable customer. honestly, based on this statement from your customer service i am really thinking to change the banc next time i am in Romania. therefore even 1 star rated is too much. sorry.

Since the latest update, the app shows Romanian only, even if English is selected

Nu ai posibilitatea de a alimenta cardul/contul cu carduri de la alte bănci … Rf BANK a rămas singura banca fără aceasta facilitate .

I used a lot of banking apps...this is the best I ever met! Easy to use...very good service of the bank...and it seems to be secure (as an App in this time can be). So...absolutly my choice!

Totul se rezolvă foarte rapid,fără bătăi de cap.
Nu am întâmpinat probleme niciodată .

Not the first time that you release a new version and it is step back in terms of User Experience.
Now it loses all the time the UserId if you go back to the token to check the code.
