GO / Taxi app funktioniert nicht

Reservation service is available that automatically arranges taxis so that you can board around your specified date and time. *Limited in some areas, but is continually expanded.  For example, you can select vehicle with a sliding door that makes it easy to get on and off even when you have large luggage, or a vehicle with drivers who have undergone wheelchair-adaptive training. *Vehicles with sliding doors are limited to Tokyo.  A service that provides a flat rate fare between a specified locations such as your home, hotel, station, or travel destination and the airport.  Airport Flat-rate does not require advance reservations and can be used similarly to calling a normal taxi.  Other vehicles are limited to certain areas, with plans for expansion.  Our app will become your best friend and strongest ally in the fight against oversleeping and getting in on time. 2.  Currently supporting: boarding from Tokyo – Haneda/Narita Airport (Tokyo – Narita is only transfer to the airport).  Or, register your credit card in the app and payments will be made with no other input via GO Pay.  Find the nearest taxi to pick you up as soon as possible.  Requesting a taxi from the app is super easy and quick.  Get your taxi’s estimated arrival time so that you can use your time how you want.  You’ll get a notification once your taxi arrives.  Once you arrive at your destination, simply get of the taxi and continue your day.  No more dealing with finding change or credit card receipts.  If needed, you can use the apps messaging function to contact the driver directly.  A service in which an exceptional driver picks you up in a luxury one-box car.
