1. Customer service is inexistent.
2. Quality is so poor I bought 2 pairs of Airpods but nothing changed and I am heard clearly on other platforms and devices. My clients are extremely frustrated and we are loosing business because we cannot have proper conversations with them.
3. When you close the calls, they reappear. Multiple times. Exhausting.
4. Calls live in different places and it takes a long time to clean logs.
5. When you tag or are tagged, it can takes days if not weeks for the Notifications to appear. If the call has been closed, the notification does not bring you to the call you have been tagged.
I cannot wait to move to a different product.
The forced inclusion of AI reading all of my messages is unacceptable. There’s no opt-out available for it either. You have no choice but to let AI scan and process all of your messages. A privacy nightmare. I’m cancelling my service immediately.
Installed this app but can’t make international calls, won’t let me change numbers, customer service is terrible. Will not recommend this app !!!
Sometimes the audio quality is very poor - also, I can't participate in group chats
I love this app but I would like to delete messages that shows that I missed the call.
