  I am really In love with all the skills Shaw Academy teaches but my greatest issue is if they are truly enough knowledge for career in real life and I have not really seen testimonies of people who have secured jobs based on their studies with Shaw Academy.

  Links don't work in the webinars and the chat box covers half the screen so you can't chat without blocking out half the slides in the webinar. Terrible design and user experience

  One star is too much. Deceitful company

  Did a trial month but couldnt follow the course due to the extremely strong Irish accnt of the teacher. The material granted was very good but the tempo was also too slow for me so I cancelled the trial. The cancellation process was lengthy and complicated as it took you through multiple pages of ”are you SURE you want to cancel?) The actual button for ”yes please cancel my subscription” was a tiny line of text underneath the boxes of desperate sales attempts and ambivalently marked buttons. But eventually I managed to cancel, which was also confirmed in my browser. Subsequently a sales rep called me and asked how they can convince me to come back. I declined and explained the course was not for me. Now my credit card got charged 39.99€ and upon contacting ”customer service ” I am told that I ”re-activated” my account again in exchange for a free gift the same day. Yeah... no I didnt... scammers and conmen. They wont refund because the terms and conditions for the trial are clear. Poor customer service. Stay away. There are so many companies out there with great learning products and more transparent website structures and better customer service. PS when I was trying out the course I would get an SMS 10 minutes before the course was starting saying I missed it, hahahaha!
