Signed up for the daily pass subscription, been waiting for 2h for it to activate. Doesn’t work and no info if I will eventually be credited for the service I never got to use. Waste of time.

Doesn‘t work for tourist then.

Registration dont work without vat.
So its nothing for Tourist

Not working, often frozen, restart necessary, absolutely not user friendly, unfortunately so badly designed and programmed that one has to rely to commercial offers!

Can’t sign up via the app, it says the user already exists

It says user already exists with 3 different email Adresses.

Once you have entered all the data it says that the account already exists.

...but the app is really terrible! I am not able to subscribe. Nothing works: trying to pay by PayPal... ERROR! Trying to pay by Credit Card... ERROR!

Although I know the system of bike sharing from my hometown I was not able to use this app although I had money in the account
