There is only an iPhone version, which could be ok, but the page where I supposed to be able to add merch photos has its buttons out of reach...!
Please test it on an iPad. The assumption that everybody has an iPhone is inherently wrong!

When starting the app I need to login. To do so I have to setup an account first. But how???

The App gives a nice overview, but looking forward to see some additional sharing options like Spotify and the rest (to IG stories i.e. ) .
