Der Verifizierungsprozeß ist die absolute Katastrophe. Zuerst soll man seinen Personalausweis auf das Display legen und die Vorder- und Rückseite fotografieren. Habe ich mehrmals gemacht und jedesmal kam eine Fehlermeldung. Dann rief ich die Hotline an und da wurde mir gesagt, dass ich die Vorder- und Rückseite fotografiren sollte. Habe ich auch gemacht und nur eine Seite kam an. Jetzt habe ich Bilder gemacht und diese als Anhang per e-Mail geschickt. Mal sehen wie es weitergeht, da ich bisher total genervt bin.
Die Authentifizierung läuft schon seit ca. 10 Stunden. Wie soll ich bitte die Karte aktivieren?

Verifizierung funktioniert nicht und der Kunden Service ist nicht der beste am Telefon wird nur Englisch und kroatisch gesprochen und per Email wartet man 2 Tage auf ne Antwort.
