You can also use the app as an alarm for power surge/failure when your battery is really low and you depend on your wake-up call. The new Motion Sensor has an about 5 second delay so you have time to put it away. Perfect to use at the airport, your office, library, or in any place where you will leave your device unattended for a short while. The perfect Anti-theft & Safe Battery Charge app! The sensor is very sensitive. Works even better with the new Volume control. Then swipe up on the app's preview to close the app. Also works if your power pack loses all the power. (When using for example an Apple Smart Power Case, you have to use the Motion Function as an alarm since the normal function senses power loss.
