Wanted to start practicing with the mini test they start you off with. No matter how many times i said the sentence it wanted me to say, nothing happened. And yes i pressed the button it told me to and gave permission for the app to use my microphone. If this problem is not going to be fixed i can’t use the app.

i‘m a native english speaker and i decided to try this out, because i was bored. (i also speak german fluently so i chose that as my native language) when i started doing the exercises it kept saying that i got things wrong, so i decided to speak in the worst english accent possible. guess what! i got everything right! don’t download this, because it won’t help you improve in any way. it‘s a shame that this app is so deceiving, when it has the potential of being great.

The app Interface and learning goals are well made. I already reached 80% on most task, putting more attention to it didn’t really improve it. Then I tried speaking with a super strong German accent and the result improved compared to before, not how it is supposed to work….

Elsa does not recognize mistakes in a sentences (in words) that do not focus on the letter studied... if I spell the studied word correctly but pronounce the rest of the sentences in a wrong way, Elsa tells me „well done“

I really like the idea of this app and the exercises that I find here. However, what really annoys me is when you say it correctly and you still get a bad score. I recorded several times the Elsa voice to use to test it und the scores lied surprisingly by roughly 85%! That’s really something that must be improved. Otherwise, it is a very useful application to revise pronunciation. I can strongly recommend to practice single words. Good job guys but please check the bugs. It would make this app the 1# of all apps I know of

Very intuitive to use, can help to improve your pronunciation. My pronunciation is already good, so I was hoping that the app would help me with final polishing - not sure if it does. E.g. I noticed that if I say "patience" or "patient" for the word "patience", I still get the top score. I then tried to pronounce words incorrectly on purpose, but I still received topscores - seems the app will need additional fine tuning. But: definitely a very easy and intuitive app to use to improve your English language.
