App is ok but not well maintained

1. Technically, the app is fine.
2. I rate it 1 star because in the front page, news of the day is three days old.
3. only a few stories are in the App screen while I see it all in the Web Page.
4. I like the local, their content quality despite only a few articles a day. I read in the web Version every day. I tried to switch from web because I don’t want a video automatically played in the middle of text. That’s extremely distracting in the web version. So I tried the app. Then I figured out there is always more in the web version compared to the app. Why do even have an app if it can’t be updated and the Web is enough?
5. the App view is better because it does not play an unwanted video in the middle. Please keep it like that.

Too many hidden costs. Not worth it with many better free apps (Free apps with adverts)
For a paid app I’d expect better.

Paid member but cannot even login using Google. So if one can only login thru a web browser, this app is not very useful.

Why is it not optimized for ipad? I won’t subscribe for just reading on the iPhone, the screen is too small for reading long articles..

It is a very nice app to read local news as a foreign in a EU country who does not speak the language very well! I hope they will keep update the app daily with more articles !
