I had a very frustrating experience with the Udrive app, especially regarding payments. I contacted customer support for help, but they were completely unhelpful, and it took an extremely long time to get a response.
Additionally, many cars in the app are supposed to be fuel-supported, but when I went to the gas station, I couldn’t refuel despite the app claiming that this service is free. Even worse, I was still charged for the service despite not being able to use it!
Honestly, the app lacks reliability, and the service is very poor. I do not recommend using it at all—there are much better alternatives available.

The Cars are pretty clean and it works. However the customer service is very bad. The payment handling as well, especially when it comes to tolls.
