It brings unimaginable burden to customers for days with flimsy excuses and no reforms to avoid such occurrences, but no this bank has show utter disregard for customers who are helpless and cant make use of their own money and resources, which only causes a chain of events, harming the individuals personally and economically, least to say financially. Its really a deplorable situation having to rely on this bank, eating with the devil wouldn’t be far worse since they already bring us close to hell.. Shame on the people who own this systems. Woe to the incompetent officials that has failed to rebuke and bring reprieve to such institutions thats cause dangerous harm to its benefactors. SHAME!
This is just too buggy for a bank app, I try to load saved beneficiaries and nothing comes up, and there’s no mechanism in place to reload that. Have to close the app and open again. Server errors needs to be handled better
I couldn’t transfer from my bank app which is an Horrible experience, I live abroad and I was told to come back home to fix it that’s bad
