The Lower Saxony Bike Navigator calculates your best bike route on designated routes or cycle paths away from roads with heavy traffic for bike tours when on holiday, for leisure outings or everyday journeys.  Of course, you can also find out all about the Weser-Radweg and the Elberadweg (cycle paths): You can find the long-distance cycle paths in Lower Saxony as well as a multitude of day and multi-day tours with images and descriptions in the integrated tour collection, including tour suggestions for mountain bikes and racing bikes.  Our Bike Navigator for Lower Saxony functions across the whole of Germany and in the Netherlands - however, the tour collection and the information on tourist attractions are only available for Lower Saxony.  Would you like to visit tourist attractions while on a bike tour in Lower Saxony, or are you looking for a place to stay overnight? No problem!  The Lower Saxony Bike Navigator will provide you with comprehensive information on interesting destinations and bike-friendly accommodation.  The routes for all of Lower Saxony can also be downloaded for offline navigation.  This makes it possible to plan routes from A to B throughout the whole of Lower Saxony without a data connection.  The bike map data for a route can also be saved for offline use.  You can also share your bike routes via text message, WhatsApp, etc.  The route is displayed in the map view, and the navigation takes the form of text or voice output.  As soon as your device has planned the route, the navigation system will also function in offline mode.  For this purpose, the Bike Navigator merely needs a GPS signal.  Navigate from your current location (or a starting point of your choice) and add any number of waypoints to your route.  Save your favourite destinations and routes so that you can retrieve them again quickly whenever you wish.  The app and tour descriptions are currently only available in German.  The navigation announcements are in the standard language of your smartphone.
