This response proves that Pollo AI’s terms are intentionally misleading. They claim to value user privacy but then hold your data hostage unless you subscribe or pay.

On a failed generation that was worth 10 credits not only did I lose 20 credits but I didn’t get them back as written, on the web version there doesn’t seem to be this problem
Edit: there is the same problem on the web version, instead of refunding the credits it takes away the required amount of credits a second time, I quickly lost 140 credits this way
