Very little content, only short workouts - overall very amateurish. Absolutely not worth the price. Free apps do a better job. Really disappointing.

Application soi-disante gratuite: on doit payer à hauteur de 10€/mois environ pour des cours qui ne sont pas triés comme il se doit : on choisit « énergie basse », on a des exercices pour « énergie haute ».

I’ve been struggling with exercise and my body image my whole life. It’s only recently that I understood exercising is not a chore, and this app takes exercise and establishing fitness habits into something fun, adapted, and informative. To anyone recovering from years of conditioning that made you hate your body, I 100% recommend Camila’s approach for 3 main points:
1) ✨you can choose your energy level
When you open the app, it asks you how your energy level is. Low, middle, high. Based on your answer it curates not only workouts but also mindfulness and learning exercises that I actually find very motivating when my energy is low - it puts me in a better mood to try the workout.
2) 🥰 it’s guilt free
The app doesn’t push you to come back. It counts the days you’ve shown up but if you miss one day it doesn’t go back to 0. The point is to celebrate the days you chose to move with the app, instead of making you feel guilty when you’re not in the mood to move. (App also doesn’t send guilt tripping notifications that actually make you want to quit)
3) 🧘♀️No weight loss approach
I don’t believe the app asked for my weight when I signed up. There’s no tracker option and honestly I appreciate that. It really does create a space where you move your body for YOU, for fun, for a challenge. It dissociates exercise from weight loss which for me was very important as I wanted to create habits that would stick as part of my lifestyle, rather than a weight loss phase.
Mila is a space space to come back to 🥰
