The communication style, the scientific explanations, the tips, and much more! I fell in love with Remy/Sleepy back when it was just a Telegram bot, and I was happy to switch to the app. I had long dreamed that Remy/Sleepy would also analyze my data from the Health app and give advice and insights—and I finally got that!
