I was easily distracted as a kid and as adult. Apart from meditation i find this app very useful for work or simply to relax. I like it that there are different types of music from classical to techno and i genuinely notice the difference in my focus when listening. I like that they offer also a quiz which makes it easy to choose the best channel to listen to. I bought a lifetime package, seems to me as great value for money.
