Great newspaper, but the delivery is dreadful. Sometimes downloads, sometimes doesn’t. Often difficult to navigate within a page, usually closes down of its own accord at least once a day, often more. Had a recurring problem recently where the headlines would download but not the articles behind them. Ambitions racing ahead of the ability to deliver them.

Why when my account is debited Automatically via Apple Pay do you cancel my subscription. Someone must sort it out ,don’t blame the pandemic.

Like many other reviews I am fed-up with having to continually reload the app. It has to be one of the worst offenders. Also if I come out of the store and go back in at a later period, unlike your competitors, I have to wait for the publication to reload from zero. This app is far too time consuming but I persevere because I like the cryptic crossword. Also there are too many adverts.
It appears to me that you pay no attention whatsoever to your disappointed readers. I have wasted a morning trying to open the App and have given up trying.
It appears to me that it is a waste of time writing a review if no action is taken. With so many of us of the same opinion why has nothing been done to improve this App?
