Your app was suggested by your website - I wanted to buy a TV …but then I get to your app …the enrollment process is such annoying, I only want to see tv and buy it …so I just uninstall the app …you should do the enrollment at the end of the buying cycle not a the beginning! You missed one customer.

Commande passée et accepté par la suite mais annulé quelques jours plus tard, soi-disant que le prix affiché était incorrect 😤
Pas digne d’une entreprise comme Samsung d’ailleurs c’est peut être pour cela qu’ils perdent des parts de marché 🤔

For an app that is supposed yo be a shop for Samsung, it made me choose to stay on Apple. I wanted to get the new Z Flip 6 and use the app to get discounts. I tried to buy the flip 6 with a 5% discount coupon. The final price was higher with the coupon. Go figure. App is full of bug, wanted to refurbish an old phone to add more discount, couldn’t enter the imei neither. A shop app is supposed to be your front door, and I can positively say that app is a fail. Im gonna stick with Apple cause if a shop fails then that tells a lot about the rest of the company and their products.
