So I’ve been listening to Dive studio podcast for some times now and when cette application was released I instantly dived into it. We all been through staff in our life and for someone who been through mental health issues it just feel good to have something like that, to put world and time into it to “normalized” it.
And you don’t need to had big things going on in your life or health to listen or talk about it. Those kind of talk help us (as human being) realized we all in this together so just be you and be considered to other people because you don’t know what can or could have been going on in there life.

Jae is talking open heartedly about serious issues that not a lot of people dare to talk about.Although english is not my first language, Jae is easily understandable like idk he talks clearly and has a really soothing voice that makes me want to keep listening to it. So yeah listen to Jae's podcast for a better life people

Just started to listen episode 2 and already love it ! I’m a huge fan of Eric Nam and I’m so concerned about mental health issues.. To know that people cares and sometimes had the same problem helps a lot ! Wonderful idea to do this, thanks a lot ❤️

For now I’ve only listened to the free episodes but I already love it so much.
I listened to the episodes while working from home which can be honestly a little bit depressing but they somehow bring me comfort.
Eric’s morning supercharge booster was so cool haha
