First got the app during the COVID-19 confinement, i wanted to start working out but was lost on where to start, how and just kinda felt afraid to lose motivation after a couple of days. WEGLOW did not disappoint! I felt like the app was made for me with several options for detailed home guides (wi... En savoir plus th actual visuals from different angles!!!), meal guides, finishers, and the instagram lives that kept us motivated through hard times.
Fast forward to a couple of months ago where i joined the gym. I was unsure of myself and felt actual fear to humiliate myself in front of everyone at the gym😂 Weglow absolutely showed up for me, the Gym guides are just amazing. I have never felt this confident going into the gym. Absolutely love the recent update which lets us switch out an exercise with an other (super practical in commercial gyms where it’s really busy).

Overall the community is great, always on the lookout and listening to us. If you’re looking for an app to start or even re-start your fitness journey, look no further! I’m pretty sure you can find a guide that fits your expectations whether physical or mental :)

I have always been playing sports in my life since I was a child, and over time I have developed a certain interest in videos on youtube of sports coaches such as Stef. I loved his sports videos, and his mentality also attracted me. So I decided to download the app to have support, and I absolutely... En savoir plus do not regret it. The videos give very good results according to what you want, such as gaining endurance or becoming + fit. There is yoga and pilates for the days when you want to do something more relaxed, and there are several recipes that give inspiration. It is very interesting to have the opportunity to move the exercises during the week, because this is what allows us to remain consistent. I sincerely think that the app helps to become a more disciplined person and I have no doubt about the fact that it will make me glow. In other words, I love it too much ! A big thank you specially to Stefanie Williams, but also to the whole team behind.
