Best fitness app

It is the most comprehensive fitness app so far. There are a lot of options for real newbies who never been to a gym to advance people who missed going to the gym because of the lockdown; and different intensity levels of workout, including Pilates, yoga, meditation among others. There’s a section for easy to follow recipes as well. Best of all, it’s free. Thank you cette application team, you are a blessing!
