Proton Drive: Cloud Storage Avis

ProtonDrive que les abonnés de Proton attendaient.
Elle marche bien, aucun souci d’ouverture depuis fichier si on désactive FaceID dans ProtonDrive.
Des développements sont en attente qui seront les bienvenus pour améliorer l’expérience: la lecture des images HIEC des IPhone, une lecture plus souple des fichiers musicaux et une bonne vieille interface en frenchy.
Avec VPN, Calendar et Mail ça fait une suite cohérente et surtout avec des données bien à nous! 5 étoiles sous peu, à n’en pas douter!

Plutôt bien, je vais attendre un client pour mon ordinateur (Windows) avant de m’abonner. Par contre impossible de l’ouvrir directement depuis ProtonDrive Fichier il demande une authentification mais ne propose ni la possibilité d’entrer le code pin ni la biométrie.

Tout est dans le titre. ProtonDrive fonctionne très bien, et s’intègre correctement avec ProtonDrive Fichiers. Tout ce qu’on attendait d’elle !

maintenant, il n’y a plus qu’à ajouter d’autres langues d’affichage, et ça sera parfait 👌

Encore quelques mois d’amélioration et je pense qu’elle sera top elle méritera 5 étoile Pour l’instant il reste des améliorations à faire un mode français serait un commencement
la game proton reste très sécurisée

Adepte de protonmail depuis un moment maintenant, j’ai téléchargé proton drive.

Je verrais par la suite comment ça se passe, j’espère que ProtonDrive sera en français prochainement.

The application works as expected. The UI is nice. It would be good to add a search bar in the application to look for documents in a faster way

Application au top, l’intégration de l’app Fichiers dès la première version. En attente quand d’une meilleure gestion des Photos. Et de l’app sur macOS

Application qui rassure par rapport au géant G. Super épuré et facile d’utilisation.
Utilisation pour mes données à haute importance.
N’hésitez pas à télécharger.

Unfortunately the iOS app has no search bar, unless I didn’t see it ? Pretty big oversight in my opinion. I’ll definitely change my review to a five star when this is fixed.
Anyway, amazing replacement for Dropbox as I no longer trust them with my data.

Manque une app mac os et une meilleure intégration avec proton mail: impossible d’attacher un fichier dans un mail….

Exemple: on ne peut pas charger directement un fichier, on est obligé de passer par Fichiers d’Apple…

Proton drive is lacking one key features that would make me switch : photos backup on iOS (and / or a dedicated photo apps that helps sort and view pictures a bit like what apple photo does)

Nice to have :
- being able to edit office documents with the web interface (or a kind of onlyoffice integration)

For example when using the"make available offline" menu on a folder with something like 20 videos files the app will slow down to a crawl some videos will be marked as downloaded when they are not and the other way around too.
The "files" app will then show the drive as unavailable because of an unknown error.
Support will tell you to log out and then back in but I do not want todo that each time I use proton drive. Also no I am not using a pin or Face ID.

Copy pasting from the drive folder to the ipad memory doesn't work for large files, but it works for small ones.

As a result I was totally unable to use proton drive on an iPad yet for video editing.

Each time I launch the app I need to reconnect, despite modifying it in the settings. No I’ m completely off.
This seems far from what Proton was able to provide in mail and VPN.
I hope that it will be soon more usable. I have no doubt they are able to do so !

Beaucoup de défauts à se connecter.
Également, lorsqu’on veut enregistrer des photos ou un fichier sur le driver, il faut quitter photo, aller dans le driver, televerser dans le driver, au lieu de simplement exporter vers le dossier, comme sur Mega par exemple.
Et ne parlons pas de proton Pass, qui demande à se connecter à chaque fois qu’il faut remplir un login.
La suite Proton n’est pas aboutie.

500 mega uniquement en mode gratuit puis 70€ par an au delà.
C'est totalement extravagant ☹️😠

ProtonDrive n’est toujours pas traduite. Beaucoup de bugs présents notamment lors du téléversement de plusieurs fichiers simultanément. Application pas mis à jour depuis plus de 8 mois ! Toujours pas de sauvegarde photo, trop de latence, fichiers sélectionnés pas assez fluides… beaucoup de travail et vite. Payer un abonnement pour cette qualité d’application est inacceptable.

C’est une bonne application. Cependant il manque une fonction cruciale, celle de télécharger directement un document PDF sur Proton Drive …

(Pour la fonction « recherche » on peut attendre 😉)

S’il vous plaît implémenter l’option Proton drive dans les raccourcis quand on télécharge un pdf sur iOS !

I have a Proton premium account and I can't even upload a single file from iOS...

Import File just doesn't work. I select the file to upload and nothing happens.

I still give 2 stars because I can still download files uploaded from my PC.

I have been a Proton Unlimited User for 6 months now, and Proton Drive is VERY DECEIVING.

Among the flaws, here is the most important, and PROTON techies don’t seem to do anything to solve the issue (this Proton Drive App has not been updated since…9 months !) :

ON IPHONE IOS IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO SAVE ANY FILE ON PROTON DRIVE DIRECTLY THROUGH THE “OPEN IN” OR “SHARE” BUTTON.

PROTON SUPPORT techies reply that you have to first SAVE YOUR FILE ON IOS FILE SYSTEM and then SAVE THE FILE FROM IOS FILE SYSTEM TO PROTON DRIVE…WHICH HAS THREE MAIN DOWNSIDES :

1/ you have two copies of the same file on your iPhone or you have then to delete it from IOS FILE MANAGER…it’s a hassle

2/ you loose confidentiality and security, copying first your file in APPLE IOS FILE MANAGER

3/ IT IS A HASSLE. ALL OTHER IOS APPS SHOW UP when “Open in” or “Share Open” button is selected in order to IMPORT A FILE, BUT PROTON DRIVE DOESN’T.

It’s A SHAME that this feature request as not yet been implemented in spite of ALL user claims through the Proton bug / feature request messages through the support interface on your website. I added my voice to other users claims 9 months ago before subscribing to Unlimited Plan, and again 6 months ago when I subscribed the plan.

Your answer is still the same : thank you we will add your request to the other for this feature and we will keep you informed when implemented.

ILS SE FICHENT VRAIMENT DE LEURS CLIENTS CHEZ PROTON. Je suis français mais j’ai pris la peine d’écrire mon avis ici en Anglais car RIEN NE FAIT BOUGER Proton sur cette Fonctionnalité toujours absente. Pourquoi c’est aussi dur d’inclure un Bouton “À partager” ou “Ouvrir Dans” sur IOS afin de sauvegarder un fichier sur ProtonDrive IOS de Proton Drive ??
