Scanner Apps-Scan PDF Document Avis

I’ve tried many different scan apps over the years and consistently run into issues with each. They all had at least one problem and more often, several which sent them to my “not worth it” file. Some require far too much effort and time, others would end up breaking the bank if I paid the ridiculous fees per document or even per page! Nearly all of the other apps were more than lacking in features I need and I was beginning to lose hope until I decided to give Genius Scan a try. I’m so glad I did and now I swear by it. I use it all the time and have never had any problems. Even the free version has been easy enough and offers enough export/import options to be my go-to for nearly a year now. I’ve been so pleased with it and use it more often as well as for more reasons now I decided there really is no good reason I shouldn’t go ahead and upgrade to the paid version. Even that has 3 different inexpensive options so that there’s a way to fit into any budget. Now I have even more features at my fingertips, adding security, peace of mind, and saving more time. This app undoubtedly simplifies my life and I will never go back.

I haven’t scanned a document on a flatbed scanner since downloading Genius Scan. The magic and batch scanning options are nearly flawless, and there are more than enough export and saving options to get your scan wherever it needs to go. Comes in particularly handy during tax season — I put aside everything I receive in the mail in a folder on my desk, then when I have everything, I scan it in 30 seconds flat and package it for my accountant. It’s also made it easy to save my favorite family recipes (written on all sorts of different kinds of paper) to a single location to make them easy to find or refer to when I’m at the store.

Sometimes you want a document to be a pdf, not a JPEG. This app is easy to use, the scanned documents are easy to crop using the touch screen and the quality has been acceptable to everyone I've sent scanned document to.

I have only used the free version, and so far (2-3 years), it's all I've needed. I did decide to purchase a fax package within the app for the odd times I've needed to fax. But since that need has been rare, I still have faxes left in the package. Emailing typically dies the trick.

If you're looking for a fast, user-friendly way to scan some documents (in batches or single docs), this app just works.

I’ve been using Genius Scan for 3 years. It’s literally one of the most used apps on my phone for my business. I admit, I tried to be cheap and use the free version. After a month, I decided I needed to buy the full version to unlock all the awesome features. Ever since, I use the app to send important documents wherever I am! My husband and I operate two group homes for kids and adults with developmental disabilities. We’re licensed by the state and nonprofit, so the paperwork is unimaginable. This app is crucial to my business and I give it 10 stars! Plus the new update makes it official lol. I love it!

This app is great. Scan and email documents w/ease. Can incorporate w/other apps as needed, as well. Example: w/ adobe acrobat I can edit document w/free text, send to genius scan and email. (Prefer genius scan over adobe scan, myself) I’ve used this app to send pdf documents to schools, doctors, billing, for flexible spending recoup, to submit paperwork for new jobs and more. Screenshot, download jpeg, take a pic w/camera and convert to pdf and email directly from app. Simple to use. Functions appropriately. Saves documents. Organizes. Love the new updated format. Has saved me time over and over again.

This is a straight forward, easy to use, great app. I can’t say it any better than that. It’s easy and it’s useful and I can’t do business without it.
I continue to be pleased that even if the company does an update - they DON’T manage to mangle up the stuff that makes it great. That’s in fact a rarity with technical groups these days it seems - and I’m delighted. Keep up the good work and thank you for a functional and easy to operate application that works for me, across the board. A++!!

Apple Mail does not function properly on my iPhone for some reason, so this app is useless to me because you can only export via Apple Mail. The producers or programmers should make it compatible with other mail apps.

Did not realize this was a flaw due to the other Mail Apps. This app has treated my friends well, but since there is some bug with my Apple Mail, I’m unable to use it. My disappointment belongs with Apple, and other mail apps.

Genius Scan is a lifesaver! I had to send some important documents in a pdf and didn’t know how to do it. Searched google and found this app and I couldn’t be more pleased with it! It’s extremely simple to use, it saves documents in an easy to find format and does so much more. Definitely well worth the download. I’ve told quite a few people about Genius Scan and they can’t thank me enough recommending it. Give it a try, you won’t be sorry!

This app has saved me countless hours as it delivers multiple photos in PDF form straight to drive or email. That being said, I do not have to create a PDF back at the office from multiple photos or documents

I am in the kitchen and Bathroom industry and in combination with having and excellent I phone that takes high quality photos, this app is exactly what I needed.
