I was so glad when my husband introduced me to Scan Now. It has helped me be able to communicate with my home office which is half hour away from the school that I work at. Makes my workday better and easier. Makes the finance office happy because they can see all of the receipts easily. If the app that I absolutely use the most for work. Have recommended it very highly too many of my coworkers and they are also delighted with the app. It’s easy to use pretty intuitive and free, what could be better?!!

Excellent productivity tool. Helps with keeping receipts and other documents. Easy to email .pdf files to others or to keep in Dropbox for permanent records. Not as good as my $500 Fujitsu scanner attached to my PC but considering the low cost and portability it’s a better value than the Fujitsu. I use one or the other depending on the situation. Scan Now produces very usable .pdf scans from my iphone. I hold my breath and use the “torch” lighting setting at an angle to the paper to get good scans with minimal blur and minimal reflection of printer text.

I had the Scan Now app shortly after I purchased my very first iphone and for as many years Scan Now has been an indispensable part of my life, for work and for personal use. It provides an excellent way to scan materials easily, fast and clearly, file them, archive them, share them it's all a snap. I love this app, it has consistently been on my top 5 list ever since I got it. Highly recommend it to all my family and friends, many of them installed it and love it.

I had accidentally deleted my Scan Now App. Online I found easy instructions how to get it back. But I was horrified to find ZERO documents. An IT friend adviced to check online and indeed, all my files were there. After some time everything had downloaded back on to the phone. I love the App, quick document scanning, even a book and recently discovered how to create personalized greeting cards. Great feature that lets me adjust pages.
Very pleased with this App and can only recommend it.

Scan Now app is the best scanner ever since the emergence of all kinds of scanning apps.
It takes advantage of surpassing technology in updating its app with many handy tools like bringing more than one document fir same item on one folder by using “add” option and collapsing multiple folders into one folder as well, and many more.
However, it does not allow one to continue using it to import documents into the app from other sources without blocking you with demand for a premium offer at a price.

I never write reviews but I need the extra 200mb of free space. I have used this app four a few years now on multiple phones ranging from iphone 4S-7 and Samsung Galaxy 4-Note 8. It has never let me down! No complaints with the older phones and even clearer and crispier with the newer phones with better cameras!!! Highly recommend as a quick pdf camera! I even used it to screenshot a text message that was acceptable use in a litigation I oversaw...

I found and started to use Scan Now a couple of years ago when I was looking for an app to help me with records keeping. I have been using the free version and I found it very easy to use and very useful. I use it to store receipts, whiteboard images, documents, etc. The label feature makes it easy to find stored documents. I also like the image correction feature that straightens up an otherwise skewed image. I highly recommend it!

I needed Scan Now when I was by my husbands side in the hospital. Using the apps and faxing signed legal and binding documents from my smart phone saved me from having to go to Dr. offices.
When my husband was so ill, to be by his bedside was a blessing. I never had to deliver documents in person.
That time was so precious.
And he is better now and home.
Thank You for allowing me precious moments with my family.

Scan Now affords me the opportunity to scan important documents and send them a variety of ways to meet my needs! I have been a customer for years and I value this app. I was able to take some pictures of old photos where one copy exists and create a collage for my family and email it. There are so many things you can do with this app. Once you try it, you will be hooked!

I’m not that techie but in this world you have to be and scanning on your printer and then emailing is so time consuming and limited to you being tethered to your office.
My friend showed me Scan Now and I was amazed at how easy it works!! If you have a problem the support help and tutorials also help you figure it out without waiting online for someone who really doesn’t care!!
This is a Win’Win in my book!!

Very helpful for travel nurses or anyone who is required to email worked hours or time sheets to their employers in order to get a paycheck. Also very helpful to keep track of all my documents which are required for each travel assignment including education materials. The program keeps my timecard filed in an organized manner which is very important if needed to check accuracy of paychecks.

I’ve been using this app for the past 5 years without any issues. For the past 6 months I can’t fax documents even though I have enough funds. Fax just lags and doesn’t go through. Can you also update the app to make it easier to access the fax information without having to dig through it to get to the status, etc. Thank you

This app does a great job of scanning documents without having to actually use a scanning machine. With documents I have to print, sign, and send back, it’s so much easier to just take picture with Scan Now and email it to myself once it’s scanned it. Such a luxury for those of us who prefer to use our phones for everything including business.

I can not recommend this app enough! It saves me from having to find a scanner or wait until I’m home. I can sign/approve documents on the go and return them quickly. I love that it can crop out the background and edit it to make it easy to save my important documents that I know I will need for later. Can’t go wrong with CS!

It’s really handy especially when you dont have a scanner. It’s portable and provides crisp and clear images which can be exported as image or pdf files! Highly recommended. You can increase your storage via points or through payment which are great options whether as a student on a budget or an employee.

Im an administrator for the small business my husband and I own. I also help out friends with administrative projects in their own small businesses as well.
This scanner app is an absolute lifesaver and makes it so easy to scan and send docs if you are part of a small business operations or work remotely. Its more valuble to me than my weather app!

This IS pretty awesome. SOOOO much better than simply taking a picture with your phone. Much better detail, especially for documents. Can save as a jpeg or a pdf file. Awesome cropping. A couple great B/W filters that can keep out the grey so you can print without shades of grey messing up your document. There’s even an option to “sign” your document.

I've been using this app for over 4 years now and I still love it. Features have changed and improved a lot since then too. I tell everyone about it because who has a scanner these days anyway? This is so much easier too and I love that it stores all files. Love the pdf feature. Everything is perfect.

This has been a very successful app which has helped me on saving time, saving money, and saving many other things in only one touch. In my occasion, this app is extremely useful to me since I have to frequently send emails of pictures and important documents to further distances from any place I’m located at. Thanks Scan Now!

Great app! I’ve used this app for years now and although things change as will always happen, this app has some of the most simplistic features, ease of use. But you also get inexpensive options like the ability to send faxes and much more. The capability of taking an image and creating it into a PDF or JPG and more, is simply Fantastic!!

Scan Now has saved me many times as I no longer have a fax or scan machine. It’s extremely simple to use and the automatic image adjustment does a very good job of making text legible. Above that, you have a wide array of customizable settings that allow you to fine tune based on how you like your scans.

Great camera to PDF generator! Easy to email it. I originally downloaded this to help with my sons online math class. Now I use it all the time personally and for work. You can quickly take a photo, convert it to a PDF, and email it to yourself or anyone else. No more need to run down the hall for a scanner. I write very few reviews, but this one is worth it!

I have been using Scan Now for quite sometime now. It scans the documents perfectly. Even the old faded documents are scanned clearly. Scan Now also has great features such as sharing scanned documents with friends and saving them securely on cloud. I highly recommend this excellent productivity app.

I love this app! I am an outside sales representative for a medical device company. Previous to this app I would have to wait until I got home to scan my contracts and finance paperwork. Now I can upload and e mail them directly from my phone to my office / bank instantly. This is a must have app for any sales professional!

I have used Scan Now for many purposes and it has been incredibly helpful. While it took me some time to become efficient with it, I have competence now!

I love the idea of the fax capability with the upgrade; however the cost is prohibitive for me so for now, the basic must suffice. I HAVE introduced many colleagues to the app.

This is the most handy app I have. I absolutely love it!!! No more going to Kinkos or The UPS Store, nor do I have to be at home by my printer/scanner/copier to scan to my computer to scan a document. It’s taken care of eight from my phone. I love this app! Everybody should have it for those times that you need a copy but there isn’t a copier around. It’s awesome!!!

I love this app and cannot imagine my life without it. I do research and write a lot of papers and this saves me tons of time. I can walk into the library and make copies of all my references in a handful of minutes then upload them to my Dropbox. All of my notes are then permanently in a pdf I store. Amazing. Here, take all my money—it’s fantastic.

I use it for my job and even for my personal life to keep documents arranged and classified by different folders in which i keep things that i need to remember as also important documents, and the best thing is the peace mind that I aint attached to a specific smartphone, as if i lost it or broke it or change it, ally records will be there.

I have been using this app for years with no problems. This is the app I use the most, and it has been quite helpful. I can carry around any document I wish to, and can easily email or share the document on WhatsApp. It is very user friendly. This is by far my most useful app
