Handstand Quest is an app that lets you use your voice to track your handstands to make sure you are practicing regularly and see how you are improving over time.
If you give permission, your handstand workouts will now show in Apple Health app, for each exercise interval, total workout time and total workout calories.
The app offers pre-built workouts and programs to help you learn and progress gradually towards your handstand goal.
It will also remind you, at your preferred time of the day, that it’s time to practice your handstands, even for just 5 minutes, even if simply meditating about handstands.
