After a few hiccups last year, bitwala has become my only go to app to deal with my crypto to fiat or fiat to crypto.

Very disappointed with my experience with Nuri. The services are poor (only the possibility to earn return on BTC) and there are many bugs on the mobile application.
I don't understand how you can call it a crypto-bank, it is only possible to buy BTC and ETH. The 1% fee is huge compared to the competition.
Since November 4, 2021, I exchange with their support, just a horror, they ask you 3 times the same information without rereading the previous exchanges. Their support told me several times that my situation would be resolved, and each time I had to contact them again because of course it didn't work. They have no follow up to solve their customers' problems. Their referral system is a big joke, the referral is never taken into account, so you have to contact customer support every time, and I'll tell you right now, it takes a long time to resolve. Be careful not to share your links on social networks, it's forbidden and they will eject you from the program. I advise you to run away while you have the time.

This bank is not reliable. They will just block or terminate your account without any reason and when you ask, they will tell you they cannot disclose it. I’ve used this bank for many months and it was good experience until they blocked me out of the blue. I’ve managed to restore my outstanding fund from vault and they transferred my remaining fiat to my account though. They temporarily unblocked and allowed me to transfer my outstanding fund from my custodial account. But soon after, they blocked me again even though I wasn’t done with my withdrawal from my bitcoin interest account. Been informing them of the problem to transfer my fund for weeks but they will only tell you to do this and do that to your app but still no success. You ask them to transfer the funds for you but they will tell you, the wallet might not be applicable even though you’ve been using this new wallet successfully. So really, if you use their custodial wallet or bitcoin account interest, there might be a chance you will lose your outstanding fund.

Impossible de se connecter car code sms non reçu depuis des semaines. L’app n’est pas à la hauteur… pas intuitive et ça donne pas envie de l’utiliser 👎

I understand each digital bank needs to verify the identity of their customers. But Nuri in this process is not friendly and IMHO a bit intrusive. They take control of your phone camera to take a photo of both yourself and your ID document. This is not right. Plus, the guy who was randomly selected to do the verification process was not friendly at all and just hang up on me

They can froze your account anytime , it’s seems they are not so crypto friendly !!
I’m using a lot of wallet and neobank app, and this app is definitely the one I will avoid from now. Your choice !!

They fully depend of Solaris Bank and they can quick you out without any explanation, anytime.

Bitwala n’est pas une banque , la banque c’est Solaris bank . L’équipe Bitwala est sympa , BitwalaBitcoinEtherWallet aussi mais ceux qui décident c’est Solaris Bank !!! Ils ont décidé de fermer mon compte avec effet immédiat, aucune explication, aucun argument, aucune question ...
Ils utilisent le système de vérification IDnow , ils envoient une carte très rapidement, mais si ils décident arbitrairement, que l’utilisation du compte ne correspond pas à leurs conditions générales ( ne les cherchez pas sur le site Bitwala, elles n’y sont pas, il faut aller sur le site Solaris bank) ils ordonnent à Bitwala de fermer le compte et ne donnent aucune explication !!!
Bref tu crois ouvrir un compte avec une neo-crypto-bank et en fait tu signe avec une banque allemande psychorigide, opaque, et merdique !
Je n’ai plus accès à mon compte, ni à mon solde en bitcoin !!! Je vous explique pas les manipulations pour récupérer le tout !!!
Donc à éviter !!! Je dirais même fuyez !!!
Ils ont beaucoup de concurrences bien plus sérieuses et bien plus transparentes !
