Before app work well but currently it’s terrible:
1. Cannot use report, it always direct to job search
2. Cannot load previous client comments to see his rate.
3. Loading messages very slow.
4. Cannot open file from posted job.
5. Lag in load posted job

My profile was rejected although I have already read that there are many fake profiles on their platform however, they do not agree to accept my profile as apparently would be too mainstream (project management). Their business logic does not seem the best because my profile could get a job and then they earn from it, I believe it would be better to accept the profiles and then they kick you out if you do not get any job for 3 months for example. This way based on their judgement they take the possibility of hard working people to even stand a chance to get a freelance job. Very bad screening process 👎

Allez chez les concurrents (Fiverr, Peoplehour, Latium...) c’est mieux, sinon vous perdrez votre temps, de l’argent et votre énergie avec eux.

My application was refused even though I filled out my profile, provided my CV ... with all the details of my experiences and for a reason, supposedly they receive 10,000 applications per day. Go to the competitors (Fiverr, Peoplehour, Lazio ...) it is better, otherwise you will waste your time, money and energy on them.

This app continuously has glitches, whether it’s messages glitching when you scroll or messages not even loading when you click on them...it’s so incredibly frustrating to deal with. When you make “updates” or “improvements” to the app, perhaps you could actually do so :)

They doesn't respect freelancers

This app KEEPS on forgetting my phone and asking me to reconnect even though I check the « remember this device » and I receive message notifications from it

cette application charge 20% to the workers and there are many jobs offering only 25$-80$ for an illustration, a design or any type of job that is supposed to have another 0 behind the price, which is insane. And they aren’t doing anything about it!
The website itself is confusing, really not intuitive and not well organized. My clients also get confused often time with the milestone system. The worse might be how your job success ( a percentage that review you) can suddenly drop out of nowhere even if the person leaves you 5* and is 100% happy with your job. I would leave a much better review if the algorithm overall was better.

For 2 years I have used the old version in my iPhone SE without any isssue.
This new app is so slow and result in a bad mobile experience for me. :/

I do prefer and still use the first version. ;)

However, I still thank a lot to cette application for the great remote-working place you have created! :)

I love this app but it will be more interesting with an ipad version

Useful app but stop using the term « High-value clients » while this platform is the ultimate symbol of low-cost work.

My messages are not loading for me even after reinstalling the app, I have to use the website even on the phone to respond to clients. I hope it get fixed quickly. I never had this bug before.
