When i open the app i see life screen and close.

We must reinstall the app but we lost all history 😿
Since last update yesterday, the app does not load in guest mode!

L'application a fait une mise à jour et impossible de récupérer l'historique. On me demande de créer un nouveau compte sans possibilité de récupérer celui existant. Ça fait presque 3 ans de données de perdues... c'est dommage et inacceptable!
The app was really good until the last update (Feb 2024). The app lost the connection to my account and now it does not work anymore. I tried all the emails I have and each time it says my email is not recognized. I had to create a new account and as a consequence, lost all my history. Really annoying.
J'avais toutes mes données de suivi depuis trois ans sur la balance, et avec la nouvelle mise à jour, toutes ces informations ont été perdues. Je suis très en colère. Je voudrais récupérer mes informations.
No no no ! I was using this app for over 2 years now and the last update ask you to create an account. Why not ? But after creating an account you lost your history. Could you please fix this quickly and make us retrieve our historical datas ???

Hello. Nice and simple app with interesting Informations. Very easy ton connect to my phone.
It would be cool to see the historical on a week and not only day by day, month by month or year by year.
I also wanted to join you on your website but it’s only in Chinese ! How can I delete a member of my family on the app please ?
