Trad Climbing not working for low height gyms, still no height edits possible!

I am sorry to change my positive review from February. I have problems using the app for traditional climbing in low height gyms (only 7-8m): the height is not detected and there is no way to edit it manually after logging the climb neither. The developer, Frederik, promised me to add low gym support and height editing is also promoted in the app as a feature “coming in next weeks” but not implemented since February neither. I think during the lockdown there was plenty of time to this, and as I see there have been plenty of updates since this time. Despite of insuring emails it seems that the developer does not care about low height gym climbers like me but prefers enhancing data exporting (strava etc)z I do not understand this because I even supported him by paying the annual fee for the membership. I still do not have any return for my money... I’ll use the basic climbing tracking of my apple watch for now. For me there is no benefit on using this application. Uninstalled! Happy climbing for all the great high height climbers for whom apparently this app works great. Bye bye.

- Nous avons développé un système qui tentera d'entrer en contact avec une entreprise une fois qu"un problème est signalé et avec beaucoup de problèmes signalés, les entreprises seront certainement à l'écoute.
- Surtout, les clients peuvent apprendre des autres clients au cas où le problème est un problème courant qui a été résolu auparavant.
- Si vous êtes un client Redpoint: Bloc et escalade et que vous rencontrez un problème, Justuseapp n"est peut-être pas le moyen le plus rapide et le plus efficace pour résoudre le problème, mais au moins vous pouvez avertir les autres de l'utilisation de Redpoint: Bloc et escalade.
