Don’t like the customer experience when you start as they enrol you, and make it a hell complicated to cancel for a very expensive 1 year plan

I wish I could say something else but no. I downloaded the app and paid the yearly subscription 3 months ago and it doesn’t work. I tried on my iphone, on computer and using different browsers however once I want to take a class, the subscription page appears as if I never paid. The cette application support team does not reply to my emails anymore... Is it a scam ? Does it only works if you live in the US ? Anyway, I am pretty mad and disappointed !

I can’t thank you guys enough for creating this and allowing dancers like me who look up to many of the dancers on it but can’t assist their classes because I live in France. But now I can learn at my own speed in the confort of my room (would’ve loved to live the class experience but oh well). I’m SOOO excited to embarque on this journey to become more confident and just gain more skill in general. THAN YOUU 💙💙
