cette application est vraiment un service inspirant et intéressant, mais MasterClass n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur...
Elle crash occasionnellement, et surtout le téléchargement de leçons marche une fois se 10. Vous lancez un téléchargement, il se retrouve comme “cancelled” dans beaucoup de cas, quand il ne se retrouve pas “queued” éternellement. Pour que ça marche il faut que je m’y reprenne à plusieurs fois...

If you’re thinking 200 bucks is too much well then if you are interested in many topics proposed and i guess you do because there’s almost everything, you’re really going to get such a crazy value from this all the classes are awesome and set up in a nice format. I’m not sponsored but really think about what you want to achieve.

J’ai la fibre et pourtant le chargement des vidéos est très longues. De plus les vidéos de cette application peuvent pour certaines être dispo gratuitement sur YouTube…Bon ce ne sont pas exactement les mêmes mais ça parle de la même chose. Du coup, jpréfère me former avec Youtube, c’est gratuit. A ce prix, faites l’effort d’avoir l’exclusivité.

Aucune traductions en français, même en sous titre, c’est une escroquerie !!
Offert à mon anniversaire un accès illimité et jamais utilisé, c’est du langage technique, même avec un bon niveau d’anglais vous loupez la moitié du propos, fuyez ce truc, ils ne traduisent rien, à ce niveau là, ça ne peut être que volontaire.

Le contenu et les intervenants sont peut-être géniaux mais impossible de lire les vidéos sur MasterClass. Le navigateur mobile empêche la lecture des vidéos et redirige vers MasterClass. Donc impossible quand on est pas sur un ordinateur.

I like cette application, but they have to improve their app and web design which are most of the time too crowded and hard to find things (which brings me to another point, the search bar doesn’t work that well). Also, in some classes like cooking when you’re trying to see the way the Chef is doing the dish or the way he’s cutting the meat and cette application tries to be too artistic changing angles too much and it just gives me a headache trying to see and understand what’s happening.

I have attended two courses yet and I found them really interesting and well done.
My rating is about the app. It is full of bugs regarding offline watching. When you are offline, you have only access to the Downloads section and the problem is that it is totally unreliable.
Lessons you have downloaded in the course section do not appear in the Downloads section, or disappear from it, or only partially appear. In the course section, some lessons you have downloaded no longer appear as such. The next time you use the app, things change (downloads appear or disappear: both ways) while you have not changed anything.
The result is that this app cannot be used in a reliable manner offline, as I experienced it recently during a flight: half my lessons had disappeared (none of my downloads appear this morning... what will happen tomorrow?).

I’ve been using cette application for two years now. Each Christmas, this is my gift. But it’s been a week and I can’t activate my gift without subscribing with my own MasterCard, the link to “only activate the gift” is broken and I only can go on with entering my informations and allow an automatic renewal of my subscription. I don’t want to. This is pushy and not respectful at all. I’m still waiting for someone to fix the problem, I’m so disappointed because I had a holiday to use it and now I can’t. Probably my last All Access Pass EVER.

Good content although much for a non professional audience. The system does not recognize well where you’ve stopped watching to resume videos, especially when switching devices. The personalized function is just marketing. Disappointed because I thought there was real technology and tech behind.

One time out of two the videos do not start. It loads forever, and never actually plays.
Please fix this, your subscription fee is way too high to allow this type of bugs.
