Artstudio Pro Avis

Was using Artstudio for ages. Lots of sollicitations to switch to the new version pro. I did it for approx. 13€ and I already do regret it. I didn’t notice significant improvement versus my old good version built 616. I believe I’ve even lost a functionality I was using a lot (moving text vertical i.e. rotating with 2 fingers - used to discretely date my pics). At least that new “Pro” version is not magic. Keep your 13€ if you intend to migrate. No matter of urgency.
New users, do not hesitate that’s one of the best tools on iphone for retouching photos.

I did really good drawings that I was proud about, couldn’t save them ´cause I can’t pay for the full version so I ended up losing these drawings and i am very disappointed about it. Disappointed that we can’t save our progress without paying. But the brushes are good so i’ll put 2 stars.

En gros je n’arrive pas sauvegarder, je ne sais pas où appuyer pour sauvegarder et ça c’est énervant mais sinon ArtstudioPro est trop bien

mais malheureusement je reste fidèle à l’autre version pour le moment, et je mettrais 5 étoiles quand celle ci sera en français.

But, awful CMYK color chooser… 😑 Off course, Artstudio Pro is a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ app, but not with this wrong colors to choose from in the CMYK color space, now that we can mix colors with real world behavior. Please, fix this.

Le mastodonte des logiciels graphique persiste avec son principe d’abonnement des logiciels, y compris sur iOS et avec la séparation des apps. Une pour retoucher, Photoshop ipad, une pour peindre numériquement, Fresco.
Artstudio Pro permet avec un achat unique sur iOS de remplir toutes ces fonctions.
Les impôts de brosses .abr et .tpl est possible et très correct.
Le nouveaux moteur de rendu des brosses propres au logiciel est excellent et permet de nombreux réglages inédits.

Le logiciel mérite cinq étoiles, j’en enlève une pour le manque de traduction en français.

Il manque le mode français et ça sera parfait..

If you look for photoshop for iOS look no further.

I use this app since years.
Older version was already a killer app, but the new version did even better.

If I would have to choose one app to keep in my iPhone it would be this one !

Honestly the money I spent in this app it’s totally worth it and I appreciate the fact that is a one time payment.

All features that a photoshop user is used to have are there 100%.
It’s just perfect. Thanks !

Perfect app for drawing and painting ! The drawing experience is one of the best hands down. I have one regret, we can’t use it fully offline, even after buying a membership. I don’t really understand the reason behind, and I find this inconvenient. Except that, it’s a really incredible app !

ArtstudioPro dispose de presque TOUT ce dont j’ai besoin: - color blend avec les layers inferieurs? check - brush avec blur et sharpness effect? check - clipping mask? check - timelaps recorder? check les seuls trucs manquants, c’est probablement un brush pour jouers sur la saturation et lumiere (comme pour sharpen et blur) mais honnetement c’est pas si grave en plus un prix unique sans souscription. bravo

« Copy special » but no « Paste special »

Very good feeling when painting and drawing on this app, lots of features and flexibility. The updates are really good, now there are even Animation features. It's really worth the purchase for those coming from computer softwares who wants to paint on the ipad.

I use artstudio pro to create paintings, illustrations, concept art. It’s the most feature-packed, stable, fast app out there.
The interface is a nice blend of desktop type readability but with good touch functionality. The app stays speedy on a regular 2018 iPad even with 1k px brushes, that’s quite surreal.
I’d love for them to fix a few things ( got quite a lot of palm rejection errors resulting in unwanted undos, especially ) but the app as is is incredible value and a super powerful piece of software.
It DOES have a nice blending engine (paint tool SAI-like) AND a nice photoshop-like opacity/flow engine. That’s the only app I know that does both well. (Clip studio does it, but software as subscriptions is a joke)
I just keep recommending it to everyone I know interesting in ipad art making.

j’ai gardé le vieux artstudio sur l’iPad air , et j’utilise ArtStudio Pro sur iPad Pro avec Apple Pencil

Probablement mon application favorite. Excellent programme pour dessiner. ArtstudioPro vaut largement son prix .

J’utilisais habituellement procreate pour mes retouches sur le vif et je suis tombé au hasard d’un site sur dés retour positifs de artstudio pro. J’ai essayé par curiosité et j’en suis tombé de ma chaise. Ce logiciel couvre 100% de mes usages de retouches habituels avec une interface dont je suis déjà familier à savoir Photoshop. Mieux il s’intègre dans mon workflow vue qu’il gère les psd et que les pinceaux Photoshop sont compatibles.

Les points forts sont :
Interface intuitive
Gestion de calques et des masques
Imports des pinceaux .abr
Outils de déformations
Filtres

Et j’en passe.

Vraiment on est plus sur quelque chose qui dépanne mais sur un logiciel qui remplace. Essayez vous regarderez votre iPad différemment.

Quel beau programme pour dessiner et retoucher des photos.
Il ressemble pour beaucoup à Photoshop dans l’utilisation. Il manque un outil de détourage plus efficace. Une version française serait bienvenue aussi .
ArtstudioPro vaut largement son prix. Merci aux développeurs pour leur fabuleux travail

I highly recommend this app for those who come from a desktop background like CSP and PS. It has all the necessary tools for it to be in the level of those industry standard ones.

Things I liked about Artstudio:
-the free hand lasso tool is my fav, for those who rely on lasso, this one is way better than what I’m used to in CSP, it’s a hybrid of freehand lasso and polygon lasso.
-the refeerence window, other than your gallery or Pinterest sliding on the side, I can have an extra resizable window, it can load a photo from your library or show your live canvas.
-interface is simple and easy to navigate, brushes easy to access with favourite, and you can organise your works however you want in the Home Screen.
-it has all layer modes you can think of, color adjustments as well, and most of the filters you find in other apps.
-you can use your keyboard for shortcuts, link your Magic Keyboard if you have one and use your standard desktop shortcuts here.

Other than that, it has other features you can make use of, maybe some that I haven’t exploited yet, and you can open your desktop psds on it and upload your custom brushes if you have ones.
