Money stuck for a year, old account
This company is a complete fraud, I still don't understand how they exist on the apple store. Apple should not accept such illegal fraudulent things to happen on the apple store. i don't understand why a 525$ amount is considered old account, and i cannot transfer but 50$ per month to the new one, paying a 25$ fee on each transfer to the new account. Really? We have an app here that have stolen my money for a year now and apple store doesn’t care about it. It is not about errors or bugs, it’s about an app that scammed me for a year now, and my money will be stuck there for 7 months to come. Please i need an explanation and my money back asap. I worked hard for this.
