It helps a lot. I’ve never been the type of person to actually believe in meditation but im kind of shocked of how much it helps me. I never thought i would say this but.. it’s truly worthed, install the cette application app, you’ll see a difference from the first session. But there are many things that aren’t free and are quite expensive, i wish everything was free, it would’ve helped me even more.

They deduct a yearly plan without you knowing, making it look like it’s several euros per month but actually you pay around 60€ just to have some useless story telling.
