This app is half baked and is more about pushing useless and ridiculous promotions rather than ensuring a flawless execution of its basic purpose.
Some options cannot be used (i.e. submitting missing document), the claims content are not visible and not linked to what is sent separately by email, there are bugs and random system language here and there.
Painful experience, but still better than the website that constantly gets stuck.
That’s the reason of the second star, otherwise I would give it one star.
